Congratulations to exceptional dancer Helena Hou (Year 10), who recently competed in the Grand Final of the Australian International Dance Competition held at Sydney Town Hall. Helena was awarded the Highest Overall Solo Score and received $700 AUD in prize money, including sponsor awards and the Top Solo Score bonus.

 

She went on to win 1st place in all five styles, including: Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Chinese Dance and Musical Theatre.

 

Helena was also invited to perform at the Australia–China Spring Festival Gala, where she was proudly the only solo performer featured in the entire gala – a profound honour and recognition.
