Welcome to Kristin

Kristin is located on park-like grounds in Albany on Auckland's North Shore, New Zealand's largest and most dynamic city, yet surrounded by beautiful coastline and native bush. The opportunities for children experiencing their school years in this part of the world are ideal; a safe environment providing a balance for intellectual, social, physical and moral development.

At Kristin, education is a partnership in which parents and school work closely together to ensure that our young people become confident, compassionate and capable citizens of the 21st century. We encourage every student to develop and enhance their talents and we support them in an environment of care and concern. The relationship between school and home is a critical one and we encourage all families to become involved with our school community.

We are very proud of the achievements of our past and present students. Kristin is unique - a school founded 36 years ago by a dedicated group of parents whose vision was to build a world-class independent school.  Progressive and innovative, Kristin not only offers an outstanding academic programme but an exciting curriculum both in and beyond the classroom that ensures the education of the whole person and the development of confident achievers of the future.
