Buses

Kristin offers a private bus service, currently operated by Bayes Coachlines and Warkworth Buses. We cover from Matakana in the north to Titirangi in the west, all of the North Shore and the Herne Bay/Westmere area.

Kristin Bus Routes >>

With approximately 930 students using our buses each day this is the preferred form of transport to and from Kristin. The 20 routes are broken down into stages and passes can be purchased as two-way (most economical option), morning, afternoon or concession cards. Concession cards (10 rides) are purchased from the Retail Shop and can be charged to the school account.

With the large volume of traffic in the Albany Basin area, and particularly around Kristin, the safest (and no-hassle) way to get here is by taking advantage of the bus service. Our intention is to have more children travel by bus to relieve traffic congestion around the school.

Kristin is committed to ensuring the comfort and safety of those travelling to and from school by bus.

Bus Passes

Please note that passes will be handed to all students by the bus drivers by the end of Week 2.

The pass is for the whole year and parents will be charged on a per term basis. If you wish to make a change or no longer require a bus pass it must be returned in order to receive a credit.

Please advise the Operations Manager if a pass is lost and a replacement will be ordered. The cost of a replacement is $15 and will be charged to the school account.
