Year 4 MOTAT Adventures
As part of our Unit of Inquiry '‘How we organise ourselves', the Year 4 students visited M.O.T.A.T to inquire into the Technology and inventions of the home, workplace and leisure activities and the circumstances that lead to the development of important inventions and their impact.
The Year 4 students engaged in a rotation of five activities. Our first activity was an educator led workshop session with Teresa. We were really excited to find for our second activity that M.O.T.A.T had the Get Smart and Welcome to the Machine zones. For our third activity we explored the communications exhibition. It was then time for our fourth activity, which was one of the highlights of our trip, the tram ride. Finally our fifth activity the Aviation exhibition; wow there were so many planes and some were huge.
