  Guys and Dolls

Guys and DollsKristin Middle School Production of Guys and Dolls

Production Dates
24 August – 7.30pm and 25 August – 2pm and 7.30pm

Over 100 enthusiastic Middle School students attended auditions for the cast of Guys and Dolls over the past week. The standard of performances was extremely high from Years 7 through 10 and there is no doubt that this is going to be a cracker of a show in Term 3.

Please click here for the cast list.
These students are to be warmly congratulated on demonstrating outstanding enthusiasm, courage and ability.

Middle School students who are not in the cast and who have an interest in becoming involved in the behind the scenes processes of Guys and Dolls, are encouraged to apply when applications are called for in late Term 2. Those familiar with Kristin productions know that our crew is as important and as included in the process as the cast. We recognise outstanding work in both entities at the end of year Middle School Cultural Awards. We look forward to a fantastic, unforgettable experience for all who join our journey to ‘Guys and Dolls'!

  GHETTO

Senior Drama Production

March 2012

In the Dove Memorial Theatre, 20, 21 and 22 March, 7pm. Bookings through iTicket from This production is one of Kristin's official entries for Auckland's AMI Showdown Awards 2012. Bookings through iTicket open on Monday 12 March. Don't miss out – this event is usually a sell-out.

Kristin's Year 13 students of theatre are the cast of this powerful play, written by acclaimed Israeli playwright, Joshua Sobol. Set in the Jewish ghetto of Vilna, Lithuania in 1942, and based on diaries written during the darkest days of the Holocaust, GHETTO tells of the unlikely flourishing of a theatre - at the very time the Nazis began their policy of mass extermination.

Please note: The production of GHETTO contains scenes of violence, and psychological trauma, which may disturb younger audiences. This should be taken into consideration when booking tickets.
