The Business Services Directorate provides a wide range of administrative and support services across four separate divisions.
Financial Services
The Financial Services team is responsible for the financial operations of the school including - billing and receivables management; supplier payment; budgeting and financial reporting and payroll
Operations
The Operations Division comprises the following - nutriSmart (our healthy eating programme); transport (buses); facilities hire; Retail Shop and Support Services Centre.
Property Services
The Property Services team is responsible for a wide spectrum of essential services including - building maintenance; refurbishments; new building projects; cleaning; campus security; fire safety and pest control.
Environment/Landscaping Services
The team in this area provide the following services - landscape planning (design, construction and maintenance); lawn care and turf management; planting of trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals; outdoor event set up, clean up and assistance; sportsfield management; campus litter clean up; traffic marking and signage.
