The opportunity to learn and put into practice leadership skills is one of the most important aspects of the Senior School. Students who wish to assume a leadership role at Kristin must understand that in doing so, they are committing themselves to working for other people, rather than for their own personal glory.
Leadership at Kristin comes in many forms. Not all students are chosen for a Prefect role and there are many other opportunities to aspire to. Our promise is: if our students desire to lead, there will be a role for them.
“Being a leader in the Senior School is about holding doors open for others around the school. With a culture and attitude of service, eventually doors begin to be opened for you.”
Lewis Fry, Head Boy 2010
