Welcome to the Middle School

Kristin Middle School supports the specific academic, pastoral and social needs of adolescent students between the ages of 10-15. During these pivotal years, students require structure and stability as well as an environment in which they can explore and pursue their unique talents in order to reach their learning potential.

Our innovative teaching programmes are designed to complement and stimulate learning as our students move through the progressive sequence of physiological, academic and emotional developmental stages.

Kristin is the first school in New Zealand authorised to teach the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP) which all students follow alongside the New Zealand Curriculum.
