Year 9 students have been working on a booklet focussing on their developing career journey. One Tuesday recently, they gathered in the Middle School Learning Centre to listen to speakers telling their career stories. Alumni Simon Johnson, Mr Brown's daughter Georgie and friend Lindsay, and Alumni Greta Lawson gave interesting snapshots about preparing for university and the world of work. Simon is heading off soon to Cambridge University, Georgie and Lindsay are studying at AUT and Greta is working as a reporter at Prime.The recurring theme in their stories was that you should take all the opportunities that a school like Kristin offers and work hard doing something you love.The images following are from the assembly.
