Leadership & Service

At Kristin, leadership and service are two sides of the same coin. Through leadership roles and active community-minded groups, students across all three schools learn to support their peers and engage with service activities to benefit their school and wider community.

The leadership and service roles available for Junior, Middle and Senior students at Kristin are structured to ensure that they provide learning and growth to complement the curriculum. As an IB World School, students at Kristin are encouraged to take action as a part of their learning. From the PYP Exhibition in Year 6 to CAS projects in the IB Diploma, our students take responsibility for their role in our local and global community, and our environment.

As well as the more formal leadership roles within the school – such as those of the Senior School Prefects or Year 10 Leadership Teams – many of the School's clubs, groups and committees are focused on supporting or promoting community activities.
