Our school's excellent reputation has been built on strong academic, cultural and sporting achievements. But a Kristin education is about more than scholarly achievement. We believe in creating a world led by good people, who are invested in making the future better. To experience Kristin simply contact our Admissions Department to arrange a school tour.
Following your campus tour, we recommend you submit your child's completed Application Form for Entry.

With our roll spread evenly across our three-school structure, we believe we are well placed to offer the optimal balance of pastoral and academic, sporting and cultural opportunities for all our students. Limited places at some levels are still available for entry in 2017. Interviews for entry to Year 7 and Year 9 2018 have now commenced.
Junior School (Kindergarten - Year 6)
Kindergarten is the traditional entry point to our Junior School. Children commence each term according to the date of their fourth birthday. At 4 years of age children attend the Kindergarten followed by a very specific Transition to School Programme from 4½ years of age.
The classroom programme runs from 8.30am-3pm, five days per week during term time, and children attend for the full day. The Kindergarten is open for 10 hours daily, from 7.30am-5.30pm for early drop-off and pick-up, remaining open during the term holidays.
Through natural attrition Junior School vacancies occur and therefore we welcome applications from students across all year levels.
Middle School (Year 7 - Year 10)
The traditional points of entry are at Year 7 and Year 9, however vacancies occur at all levels and we welcome applications from students Year 7-10. For Year 7 and Year 9, interviews commence approximately 18 months prior to the point of entry. Year 7 is our largest intake point but by increasing the number of classes at Year 9 we are also able to accommodate more new students at this level. (Please note that there is only limited entry into Year 8. We definitely advise that applications for Year 8 entry should be submitted early in the year prior to commencement.)
Senior School (Year 11 - Year 13)
We accept applications at each level, with a preference given to Year 11 students due to our dual pathways (NCEA and IB).
Although siblings have priority of entry, acceptance is not automatic. Parents are therefore encouraged to submit applications for siblings well in advance of the point of entry. Interviews will then be organised for these children at the start of that intake's enrolment process.
