Personal Assistant, Senior School Principal


We are looking for an exceptionally organised Personal Assistant to support the Senior School Principal with the running of the Senior School. This busy role is responsible for proactively managing the Principal's diary and appointments, setting up meetings, actioning minutes, organising travel and accommodation, coordinating reports, liaising with staff and parents and maintenance of the staff database and other administrative duties as required. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm in term time plus one additional week in each set of the school holidays, 43 weeks of the year. 

Experience needed

  • proven record as a PA - experience in the education sector advantageous
  • advanced computer skills in Microsoft office and Google docs
  • superior interpersonal skills
  • common sense with the ability to multi task
  • highly organised, with great attention to detail 
  • initiative, loyalty and a high level of confidentiality

Business Studies Teacher

We are seeking a Business Studies teacher to commence 24 July 2017. The successful applicant needs knowledge of NCEA Business Studies Level 1, 2 and 3 and have the ability to start Term 3. This is a full-time permanent teaching position.

Senior Boys Water Polo Coach

- Starting Term 4 2017

The School attracts highly talented staff that inspire outstanding academic achievement and offers a high performing array of co-curricular activities.  
We are seeking an experienced Water Polo coach to work with our Senior Boys team. Applicants should have the skills and knowledge to implement an effective training programme that will give our Senior Boys team the ability to compete at the highest secondary school level. We are looking for someone who has the ability to be present and coach the team during the games in an effective and engaging manner that enables the team's success. A genuine passion for the game of Water Polo and enjoyment all aspects of training and competing is needed for this role.
Key Skills Required:
- Prior experience coaching senior secondary school water polo
- Coaching qualifications
- Energetic and enthusiasm
- Reliability and dedication to the team
- Excellent communication skills 
- Ability to maintain professional conduct at all times
