Friends of the Chapel

A small group of parents within the school get together once a week in the Chapel to pray for the needs of the Kristin Community. These caring mums and dads work closely with our school Chaplain to maintain the existence of spiritual support within the school.

The non denominational group is open for all parents to join. Alternatively, confidential prayer requests can be made to the Chaplain. When the group meet, they will pray these requests as a way of offering support.

Friends of the Chapel also help as volunteers within the school and regularly assist with such activities as morning teas, Christmas decorations, preparation of Christmas and Easter gifts for staff, and also visiting members of the school community who may be unwell. The offering of both prayer and practical support to our school helps build a special character amongst our children, families and staff.
